Project Utilities Relief (PUR) is organized to provide compassionate relief for those in our community.  Our focus is to offer families and individuals the resources, tools and skills necessary to assist them through lifes changes.  We will work closely with community leaders, as well as other organizations that deliver similar services to ensure we make an impact on every community.
